What it does
At a restaurant, send a photo of the menu before you order. Earlie names two dishes that fit what is left of your day, protein first, with rough calories and protein for each. Nothing is logged until you say what you ordered.
How to use it
- Send the menu. A photo, a few photos, or a link to the menu online. Words are not needed.
- Read the two picks. Earlie answers in your language and keeps the dish names as on the menu.
- Say what you ordered. For example “I had the sardines”. Earlie logs it with the same numbers and the restaurant’s name.
Limits
- The numbers are estimates. When the menu prints a weight, they come from the food table.
- Earlie names no dish to skip. He only gives the two picks.
- If your plan is built around a health condition, the picks come without calorie numbers.
- When you order a long time after the photo, Earlie may ask the restaurant’s name once.
