What it does
Your weekly look back ends with three small goals for the next 7 days, numbered 1, 2 and 3. Each one comes from your own week: the three things that were furthest from your targets, each one small step up from what you did, never the whole target at once. You pick one with a single number. After that, each morning message says how far along you are, and the next weekly look back starts with how it went.
How to use it
- Read the three goals at the end of your weekly look back.
- Reply with just the number, 1, 2 or 3. Words work too, like “the steps one” or “the second one”.
- Earlie answers in one line. Changed your mind? Send another number the same day and it replaces the first.
- Each morning message has one line with your count so far, in place of the small step for the day.
- The next weekly look back starts with your goal and what you did, then three new goals.
Limits
- Your pick counts for 24 hours after the weekly look back. After that, a number is a normal message.
- A number only picks a goal while the weekly look back is the last thing Earlie said. After you talk about something else, Earlie reads your number in context.
- No reply means no goal: your week goes on as before. Earlie does not ask again.
- No goals in your first week, in a week with almost nothing logged, or when fewer than three kinds of goal fit your week.
- If your plan is built around a health condition, there are no goals with numbers.
- If you do not track food, there are no food goals; with steps off, or no recent steps from your phone, no steps goal.
- The count comes from what you logged: gym visits with their sets, days with enough food logged, protein days and steps from your phone.
