What it does
Ask what to eat, for example “what’s for dinner?”, and say what you have at home if you like. Earlie answers with two plates, protein first, each with a size for every food and rough calories and protein. Both plates fit inside what is left of your day. Nothing is logged until you say what you made.
How to use it
- Ask. “What’s for dinner?”, or “I have bulgur, eggs and tzatziki, what can I make?”. Any hour works.
- Read the two plates. When your food is low on protein, each plate adds one protein food and Earlie asks if you have it. Name nothing and the plates come from what you usually eat, with an invitation to say what is in the fridge.
- Ask again any time. A new question later in the chat gets two new plates, from what is left at that moment and the foods you name in that message.
- Say what you made. For example “I made the first one”, or send a photo of the plate. Earlie logs it with the same numbers.
Limits
- The numbers are estimates from the food table, rounded.
- When today’s number is already reached, Earlie suggests no plate. If you are hungry it names vegetables, a salad or tea.
- If your plan is built around a health condition, the plates come without calorie numbers.
- Without a plan yet, the plates are built on protein and a normal portion.
